As the successful building surveyor you will work on a number of commercial, transport, and local government properties. This role is a mixture of project and traditional building surveying. Day to day duties will include; * Prepare documents for tender and advising on appointing contractors, designers and procurement routes. * Advise on the preservation/conservation of historic buildings * Carry out feasibility studies, Measured building surveys and condition surveys * Prepare scheme designs with costings, programmes for completion of projects and specification of works. With the current director of the practice starting as a graduate building surveyor and progressing within 10 years, this consultancy offer exceptional progression and APC support for your chartership.
