Associate Partner - Chartered Building Surveyor £40,000 - £45,000 (D.O.E) + Car + Package Manchester An independent, national, residential and commercial building consultancy, that offers a range of surveying and structural services, is recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor that will be home based, with the majority of work being in and around Greater Manchester. The purpose of this home based position is to carry out residential building surveying; duties will include building surveys, Party Walls, acting as expert witness, re-instatement costa, and other building surveying duties. Full training and support can be given for this role. For this role you will have the opportunity to grow the business if you so wish on the commercial or residential side. On a day to day basis you will work on a range of residential properties including multi million pound homes through to smaller listed/historic properties. As the successful surveyor you will ideally have; * An MRICS or FRICS qualification * Working experience as a Building surveyor on Commercial or Residential property * A driving license, This is essential as this is a home based opportunity * Excellent verbal and written communication skills You will working with one of the fastest growing property companies in the UK, and are offering a Chartered Residential building Surveyor exceptional career progression to Partner level positions.
