Building Surveyor £27,000 - £30,000 + Benefits City of London * Are you a building surveyor with an RICS accredited degree? * Do you have working experience within a consultancy? * Do you have a strong attitude towards progressing with your career? A growing multi-disciplinary consultancy are currently going through a period of growth, and due to this expansion they are recruiting for a building surveyor to assist with this and the existing workload. You will join on a permanent basis, and be offered the opportunity to progress with you APC if you have not done so already. This position focuses on the commercial sectors, and you will have a number of day to day duties, Full training will be provided if required. Day to day duties will include; * Party Walls * Project work with all associated building surveying (e.g. contract admin and project management) * Block Management, design and specifications * Dilapidations and Defects This is very much an all-round position, and would suit someone that is looking for the opportunity to complete all APC competencies within a short space of time. With chartered surveyors within the business already, and your direct report being FRICS, you will easily pass first time. This multi-disciplinary consultancy has a number of offices across the south east, and specialise in all aspects of surveying. They have won numerous awards for their training, and have excellent progression routes, with the most recent partner starting as a graduate just 10 years ago! As the successful Building Surveyor you will be offered an excellent starting salary of between £27,000 and £30,000 plus a range of benefits.
