Job Description

My client, a large Regional Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Contractor, Have an opening for a HR Manager/Senior HR Administrator. Reporting directly to the Personnel Director, the ideal candidate will organise and manage all of the Company’s HR related work and queries for both office and site personnel. Ideally, you will be: - CIPD Qualified - Have excellent communications skills and proactive approach. - Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team and to deadlines. - Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word). - Ability to use own initiative within the parameters of the role. Responsibilities - Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries. - Administer all HR related documentation e.g. Contracts of Employment. - Assist with some recruitment and liaise with recruitment agencies. - Assist with the Company’s appraisal process. - Assist with Apprenticeship Programme and liaise with the Training Providers. - Any other duties the Company may reasonably request
