Project Manager - School new build & refurb - S London My client is a leading traditional build contractor, specializing in the new build and refurbishment of education, healthcare, commercial and residential projects, across London and the South East. I am looking for a Project Manager to over see the £10m new build and part refurb of a primary school near Greenwich, South London. The project is just getting off the ground, and expected to last 2 years. Successful applicants will have a stable working background a proven track record of education builds worth £10m+, good organisation, programming and communication skills.
