You'll enjoy a varied leadership role encompassing tarmacking and groundworking / small civils. Typical projects include building small roads, re-surfacing car parks and private drives. You will lead a team of 2-3 people. Essential * Relevant experience: o leadership and management o tarmacking o groundwork / small civils o site setting out and levels * Customer, quality and commercially focused * Results driven, proactive and independent * Physically fit * Driving license with towing * H&S touch screen pass & at least CPCS Operative card Desirable * NRSWA operative or supervisor status * Leadership or management training * Health and safety qualifications (will also be provided) Location * You will be based at our A22 Hailsham depot but with travel required, largely within the South East Benefits * Permanent employment * Training * Pension contributions * Holiday & bank holiday pay * Rate of pay - 40 hours per week + overtime equivalent to £(Apply online only) per day (dependant on skills and experience) They're looking to interview ASAP, so please get in contact!
