Residential Quantity Surveyor required for a National house builder to join their Bristol office. Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a successful regional office? Do you have a demonstrable ability to manage all commercial aspects of multiple lives sites whilst contributing to the preparation of development sites? The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a commercially biased construction discipline, professional membership of RICS or CIOB is also desirable. You will be confident contributing and communicating with your site teams and reporting to the Commercial Director. Producing all relevant reports and valuations on a monthly basis, managing sub contractors and processing payments.
