Construction Estimator

Position: Construction Estimator Sectors: * Distribution * Education * Commercial * Residential * Health Duties & Requirements: * Working closely with senior operational managers to ensure pre-construction commercial activities are delivered. * You will be office based tendering projects up to £25m * Sustain regular, transparent & accurate reports for senior management as requested. * Proactively report risks to project as they arise * Operational reports to Director or Commercial Manager where assigned. * Minimum 10yrs experience Company Modern, forward thinking national main contractor with excellent reputation in the construction industry Salary £60,000 - £65,000 DOE + car, pension, health care, profit related bonus.
