Building Surveyor - Condition Survey, South West

TSA are currently working in partnership with an asset management consultancy who are looking to recruit a number of Building Surveyors in the South West corridor. Working with a well known government body on a secure site you will be required carry out surveys of a number of properties on a secure site. The workload will run for around 3 months and will be a fabric survey of internals and externals of the various properties, you will be identifying condition, lifecyle and recommended action. All data will be collated on a tablet device utilising a drop down spreadsheet. We are ideally looking for formally qualified Building Surveys with prior experience in the public sector. Due to the nature of the work you will be require to either have or be able to pass a full security check.
