Exciting opportunities have arisen for Sub-contract Multi-skilled wall Tilers to join a thriving property repairs and refurbishment business based in Lincoln. In return, we offer good hourly rates and price work along with security of long term contracts. From a network of centres across the UK, our primary business is planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and refurbishment. We partner public, private and commercial property owners as well as insurance companies, loss adjusters. The Multi-skilled workers role will involve: Working to a program Be able to hit deadlines Working within a team Be able to complete tasks such as tiling/plaster patching/Basic joinery. The successful candidates will: Hold a full UK driving licence Have own Vehicle Hold a CSCS card Possess Asbestos Awareness certificate (not essential but be willing to gain one) Have a good knowledge of refurbishment work (kitchens and bathrooms) Have their own tools ,110v Be available to start immediately The hours of work will be mainly Monday-Friday, 7.30 to 4.30 a week The pay is mainly price work on all projects between £130-£150 a day Please apply online today to be considered for this role.
