Multi Trade Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Multi Trade Workers to join a national company covering the Coventry area. We will consider direct labour and subcontractor’s to join is on rolling long term contracts. We offer competitive pay rates and ongoing work as well as the opportunity for longer term employment. From a network of centres across the UK, our primary business is planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and refurbishment. We partner public, private and commercial property owners as well as insurance companies, loss adjusters and renewable energy companies. The Multi Trade Workers will be required to work on decent homes refurbishment contract replacing kitchens in and around the Cambridgeshire/Lincolnshire area The successful Multi Trade Worker will have: Previous experience in a labouring, plastering, kitchen fitting, joinery, tilling, plumbing decorating. Experience in decent homes is desirable but not essential Ability to fully refurbish a kitchen within your trade CSCS card Asbestos Awareness Certificate or willing to complete Full UK driving licence The pay rate depends on trade capabilities and day rate or work completed. Price rates per day will be £80-165 depending on trade. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 40-45 hours per week. The contract is for 1-2 years with future works in the area.
