Assistant Land Buyer - New Build Housing Ionic are presently undertaking a search on behalf of a very well established, award winning construction company that are seeking an experienced Assistant Land Buyer to join their team. Working as a key member of the land team, you will have a highly varied range of duties. Details of which include; * Assisting in, and in due course, leading on, coordinating tender submissions to local authorities and housing associations for estate regeneration and housing led development schemes. * Playing a part in post selection contract and planning negotiations. * Following market leading training, you will then be able to manage multi-disciplined teams including architects, engineers, planning consultants and internal project management specialists to create a masterplan to ensure that your company will be chosen as a development partner. * Monitor all Regional and Local Authority Planning and Housing Documentation for future opportunities The successful Assistant Land Buyer will have experience of undertaking a similar role within the speculative or volume housebuilder and will also ideally have an industry related degree.
