Chartered Building Surveyor (Building Control)

A Chartered Surveying Practice who are a specialist in construction legislation related services is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to work from their Gloucester office. The practice is looking to appoint an individual who is self-motivated and a professional team member who can manage an existing team covering the UK but based out of their Head office in Gloucester. You will need to have excellent leadership and management skills together with strong knowledge and experience in the building regulation and allied legislation (Building Control). You must be a team player, have the ability to delegate and have a keen eye for technical detail with exacting standards. Going forward you will be required to develop your role to assist in the company's overall strategy and planning and the management of head and regional offices, whilst also expanding the company's core building surveying services in Gloucester and surrounding areas. Ideally you will previous experience of winning and securing new business opportunities. To be considered for the role you will have a relevant construction related and accredited degree (RICS,CIOB) and preferably be a Chartered member of RICS or CIOB.
