Senior Project Manager North West £65k-£70k + Package THE BUSINESS My client, a Major UK Contractor, are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their well-established team. The business are known for being at the forefront of the Construction Industry and have successfully been in business for over 60 years. This is a rare opportunity to work on some of the UK's most exciting Construction projects, in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects of circa £15m and feel confident overseeing a team. THE SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER ROLE This role would be suitable for an experienced, ambitious Senior Project Manager /Leader looking to bring their knowledge and skills within construction to the company. The ideal Senior Project Manager must have at least 3 years' experience as a number 1. Ideally you will have a good understanding of fast track design and build projects. The Senior Project Manager must be confident leading a team and making crucial decisions. It is important that they are dependable as well as consistent and has knowledge of the Health, Safety and Environmental standards expected by the client and company. KEY REQUIREMENTS * Portfolio of successfully delivered, high value projects, £15m+ * Experience running large teams * Confident communicator * Excellent Leadership Skills * Relevant qualifications SALARY The salary for the Senior Project Manager position will be between £65-£70k dependant on the level of exposure to similar positions before.
