Within their Commercial fit out division they are current seeking an Intermediate Technical Services Manager who will be operating in a Site base capacity, managing multiple Sub Contractors and liaising directly with Client under the guidance of a Senior TSM. Some of your responsibilities: * Responsible for delivering M&E aspects of projects * Monitoring M&E client brief * Reviewing subcontractors tender packs * Managing projects to completion * Reporting to a senior technical services manager You: * Must have good knowledge of building and engineering services * Must be competent with health and safety management * Must have a recognised qualification in building services engineering * Minimum of 3 years' experience of work in a main contract environment Do you want to discuss this exciting opportunity in more detail?
