Senior Quantity Surveyor | £14m Resi Project | Herts Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Projects: £14m new build residential project Rate: £65l to £75k plus package Location: North West London & Hertfordshire Contract: Permanent I have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in North West London & Hertfordshire working for a well-known residential developer. You will be working on pre-construction up until the site goes live in May 2017. You will be head office based in North West London and then Site based in Hertfordshire until completion. My client is looking for a competent Senior Surveyor with residential experience to lead this site from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to start this site and see it through to completion then the handover. The value is £14m and has 48 units so experience in this size project or larger is essential. A Senior Quantity Surveyor applying for his role will have residential developer or main contractor experience working on new build residential projects. You will have a Quantity Surveying or construction qualification and have shown stable employment within the UK.
