Mechanical Site Manager

1st Step are working with a client who have a requirement for a strong Mechanical Site Manager. You must have successfully worked on large commercial fit out projects previously £5-10m Duties: • Liaison with client/upper management to ensure project is delivered on time and in budget • Management of sub-contractor labour and overseeing allocated M&E packages • Liaison with Site Manager/Supervisors to ensure that project is being delivered as effectively as possible both operationally and commercially • Attend client meetings • Representing the business in a professional manner to the client and key stakeholders alike • Quality Assurance and Management: Ensuring that the fit out is in line with client specification • Enforce and comply with company health and safety regulations • Commissioning/witnessing Must have: SSSTS or SMSTS CSCS Managers card
