CSCS Plasterer Job Type: Contract Start date: Immediate Industry: Building & Construction Location: Central London Salary: GBP 14.00 - GBP15.00 per hour. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- JOB DESCRIPTION: Daniel Owen are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the construction, engineering, rail & maintenance industries. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large nationwide construction company that specialises in commercial projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking Plasterer to join a project based in Central London. The site does have parking but requires transport to access. The contract is for 3 months, with working hours being 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Daily responsibilities will include: * Plasterboard counter batten and plasterboard ceilings * Plasterboard stud walls and skim/joint and ill * 2 coat render and top coat skim to party walls * 2 coat wet plaster to block work * Work at speed under their own initiative * Mix all materials * Produce a high standard of finish * Works for 2 new build bungalows leading to more for the right guys/gals Requirements for the role * A valid CSCS card * MOD Clearance would be an advantage but not essential *two forms of Identification. * The ability to perform physical manual labour * Own PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Workmates & Daniel Owen * Own tools required Benefits: Our client has a range of fantastic benefits to offer, including free off-street parking and paid time and a half overtime available at the weekends.
