Senior Project Manager - High End Residential

One of London's most successful residential developers is currently searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in RC-frame projects as well as a firm emphasis on quality. This company specialises in high end developments which are generally riverside and long term. Many of their projects include commercial elements such as shops restaurants and hotels as well as recreational spaces such as leisure facilities parks and landscaped riverside walkways. The successful candidate would be required to join a team on a very fast paced and challenging project valued at £500 Million with the current phase valuing £80 Million. Role: - Lead a management team on a challenging and sophisticated project, requiring the individual to liaise with people at different levels within the company. - Keep daily records of project operations and deliver reports to the Project Director. - Ensure strict Health and Safety Regulations are upheld at all time during the project. Required: - 3+ years working in a Senior Project Manager role previously. - Experience managing a range of subcontractors with 100+ operatives at a time. - Experience working on projects with RC Frames. - Experience working on projects in excess of £30 Million.
