Our client, a leading Civil Engineering group carries out a wide range of work covering water and waste water treatment, earthworks, substructures, roads and drainage, bridges, surface and underground car parks, external works and infrastructure for clients in both commercial and public sectors throughout the UK & Ireland. They are currently wishing to employ an experienced Contracts/Framework Manager to manage a number projects across the Anglian Water Framework. These works would be over a period of 5 years so the role would be managing the works that come to us as a result of inclusion in that framework The successful candidate will work alongside a team on a variety of high value projects including water and waste water treatment projects. The candidate: Our cient wishes to appoint an experienced and effective Framework Manager, based in Cambridgeshire to support this Civils Framework. The successful candidates should be a self-motivated individual and having a wide range sector experience would be an advantage, this would include Civils, Wastewater & Water Treatment. Desirable Experience and Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognised institution at 2:1 or better. Previous experience in managing pre con teams across planning, estimating and design disciplines is essential along with a clear track record of securing 1 in 4 bids. Excellent organisational skills and networking ability. Experience must include Civils and/or Water & Waste Water Treatment Experience would be desirable with MS Project.
