Project Manager - BUILD £10-£15Million

I'm recruiting on behalf of well established Main Contractor for a Project Manager to deliver a £15Mil new build student accommodation project in London. As Project Manager you will be reporting directly into an Operations Manager and will be responsible for the following: * Procurement of sub-contractors * Planning, executing and delivering to the project dead-lines and budget * Managing a Senior Site Manager and further project team * Ensuring that the project is running on time and the deliverables are met * Co-ordinating with the project team, vendors and the design team to ensure the delivery of the project * Ensuring that all the project documents are accurate, up to date and stored correctly To be considered for this position as Project Manager you MUST have: * A stable career with an existing and established main contractor in London * Experienced the full project life-cycle and is able to demonstrate and provide examples of this * Excellent communication and organisation skills * Preferably have an industry recognised degree although this is not essential as candidates from a trade background are considered * MUST HAVE LONDON PROJECT EXPERIENCE To discuss this opportunity or other Project Manager roles please give me a call on (Apply online only) or e-mail me at (url removed)
