SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - OXFORDSHIRE - £60K-65K + PACKAGE *PREVIOUS UK WORK EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL* My client is a leading Residential Main Contractor. Their project portfolio consists of new build, refurbishment and affordable housing schemes with projects ranging from £1 million up to £60 million in value. This business has been established for around 60 years and is well known for retaining a high percentage of long term serving staff, which is a result of their culture, training and support schemes. My client is continually reviewing their employee's goals and ambitions and are dedicated to assisting them in achieving them. There is currently an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a £50 million new build social housing scheme in the Oxfordshire area. The successful candidate will be the number 1 surveyor commercially responsible for this project and they will report into a Commercial Manager. This person will: - Ideally have a degree in quantity surveying - Have at least 10 years' experience in new build Social Housing Projects - Be ambitious and want to achieve the best career for themselves This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most recognisable contractors in the UK.
