PROJECT QUANTITY SURVEYOR - WEST LONDON - £60K-65K + PACKAGE *PREVIOUS UK WORK EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL* My client is a leading Residential Main Contractor. Their project portfolio consists of new build, refurbishment, regeneration and affordable housing with project ranging from £1 million up to £100 million in value. This business has been established for around 50 years and is well known for retaining a high percentage of long term serving staff, which is a result of their culture, training and support schemes. My client is continually reviewing their employee's goals and ambitions and are dedicated to assisting them in achieving them. There is currently an opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a £50 million new build social housing scheme in the West London area. The successful candidate will be the number 2 surveyor commercially responsible for this project and they will report into an on-site managing surveyor. This person will: - Ideally have a degree in quantity surveying - Have at least 5 years' experience in new build Social Housing Projects - Be ambitious and want to achieve the best career for themselves.
