Site Engineer x 2 - Civil Engineering Contracting

I'm looking for 2 permanent Site Engineers for my client based near Warrington. You'll have at least 3-4 years experience and be able to work on a stand alone basis. I need candidates with a bit of nous who have worked with bulk earthworks, civil engineering and have a hands-on 'no nonsense' approach. Maybe this is a lot to ask but the salaries and packages on offer should attract the right calibre of candidate. My client also offers a bonus scheme and this is paid just before Christmas each year- a definite bonus! Typically projects are in the North West and North of England- West Yorkshire, East Yorkshire at the moment. Schemes tend to range from a couple of million £ up to around 30 million £. We are looking at high 30's/low 40's in salary plus package and potential annual bonus. Not bad?
