Assistant/Quantity Surveyor - Wimbledon

We have been retained by our Key client who wish to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor As a company they are a long established, successfully developer with a, exemplary reputation for quality in the build and redevelopment and maintenance of high spec residential projects in addition to bespoke commercial refurbishment and fit out on a number of landmark residential and commercial projects across London and the south east. From producing a bespoke specification through to implementation of existing plans, client is able to oversee all stages of works project from inception right through to completion, including new build, fit out, refurbishment, maintenance and aftersales. Throughout the whole process, they ensure full management of the relevant works with complete fit out, including structural alterations You will have a clearly defined career path to grow within the organisation and will benefit from the coaching and guidance of an experienced commercial team. This role would ideally suit a candidate who has a passion for and is keen on working on landmark bespoke projects and wants to be part of a successful company moving forward. You will have a degree in quantity surveying and will have a minumum of 1 years experience in overseeing projects in a similar role.
