Senior Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor Package: £50,000 - £60,000 + car/allowance Location: Manchester Consultant: Tim Cottrell The Opportunity This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of several new-build projects in Manchester. This leading regional contractor specialise on projects between £7million and £25million and have guaranteed work the foreseeable future. Role The role is to take Commercial responsibility for the development of a £25million New Build Industrial facility in Manchester. The successful Quantity Surveyor must have extensive experience with the full commercial process, from inception to final accounts and a proven track record of running projects in excess of £15million successfully. JCT D&B contract knowledge is vital, and this position would suit an ambitious and hungry surveyor who is looking to progress their career.
