Contracts Manager

Job Title: Contract Manager Your salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits Where: South London/Surrey Job type: Permanent How you apply: Online, or telephone (Kerry O'Donovan) Who you'll be working for: The UK's largest construction company and arguable the markets leading new build maintenance and refurbishment main contractor. This company merged with a number of other leading construction company's recently to form a £1billion company with the capabilities to deliver community regeneration schemes on an enormous scale Some of your responsibilities: * Providing support, mentoring and continual guidance for your team. * Ensure all activities meet requirements for quality management * Lead, motivate and direct your teams on all work streams to ensure high working standards * Maintain high levels of Health and Safety on site at all times * To ensure daily that the contract is delivered to the specific contractual requirements You: * Must have HNC in building studies or equivalent experience * Must have your SMSTS/SSSTS * Must be able to competently operate MS Office (word and excel) * Must hold a current and valid UK driving license Do you want to discuss this exciting opportunity in more detail?
