Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor Freelance Position Circa £300 a Day Crossrail 12 Month Duration London Bridge Currently recruiting on behalf of an M&E Subcontractor for a Mechanical Supervisor to join the M&E Team at London Bridge to assist and deputise for the Technical Manager and to help develop and maintain high standards of customer service. The Role * Attend regular meetings with the Technical Manager * Issue permits and manage any onsite sub contactors to ensure they are operating to the agreed method statement and risk assessments * Undertake site safety and site maintenance inspections in line with Procedures * Maintain a full team of staff at all times and arrange cover when necessary * Ensure the company health and safety policy is adhered to and ensure the site is compliant at all times * Maintain full team of staff at all times arranging cover where necessary * Cover for Technical Manager in their absence * Implement building focus maintenance The Person * Ideally have completed a recognised Mechanical Apprenticeship or Degree * Experience of Client Facing * Must have knowledge of building maintenance, AC and BMS systems * Well organised and self-motivated * Good building services knowledge * Must have experience in a supervisory role * Ideally have experience in a Rail environment
