Our Client a regional Housing Association is actively recruiting for Multi Trade Plumbers to join the organisation in delivering an exceptional customer experience across their region working on responsive repairs and void services. Specific Responsibilities - Inspect & diagnose faults within tenanted and void properties - Act as an ambassador for the company whilst in tenanted properties - Manage your van/stock/PPE ensuring you are upstanding the company values in appearance Specific Competencies: Candidates will be expected to hold a recognised trade with demonstrable experience as well as knowledge of additional skill sets to include: - Plumbing* - Carpentry - Plastering - Tiling - Painting & Decorating From inception the client will provide a van and van stock to enable operatives to concentrate fully on their day to day responsibilities, once perm company benefits include a salary review, pension and health care.
