Estimator - London - Refurb/Fit Out

ESTIMATOR – LONDON – FIT OUT/REFURBISHMENT MAIN CONTRACTOR UP TO £55K + ATTRACTIVE PACKAGE LONDON Estimator required for one of the top interior fit-out specialists in the country. About the Estimator: The successful Estimator will be working as part of a team estimating the cost of projects, providing accurate proposals. The job role will include but not be exclusive of: •Prepare tenders from initial enquiry through to tender submission. •Obtain competitive quotations. •Analytical price build ups and subcontract comparisons. •Pricing of Preliminaries including method related solutions. •Possible Pre-submission site visits and client liaison to hone and assist with bids. •Presentation of tender analysis for Director Adjudication. •Interface with members of the pre and post contract team. •Preparation and presentation of tender make up. Requirements for the Estimator: The successful Estimator will have experience of working on interior fit-out projects in an Estimating capacity. In addition a qualification in Estimating or a recognised industry related field would be advantageous. Salary & Benefits for the Estimator – Interior fit out contractors: £45,000 - £55,000 pa plus benefit package.
