Asbestos Contracts Manager - South West

Our client is an expanding removals asbestos company offering various services to a portfolio of clients and due to an increase in business they are now seeking a self-motivated Asbestos Contracts Manager to work for them in the South West, will consider applications from Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and the surrounding areas. Qualifications & Experience: The individual must come from a strong technical, asbestos, removal and management background and will have a proven track record working within this role and within the asbestos industry. Will have good client-facing, management, organisational, presentational and IT skills. Will be fully conversant with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures. The Role: Organising and managing labour. Overseeing project work, supervising and managing staff, team and operatives. Assessing potential contracts and estimating. Completing risk assessments and method statements and writing tenders, specifications/appraisals and ASB5 notifications. Ensuring all work is carried out according to the Health & Safety regulations. Identifying, winning, and developing client accounts, whilst still managing existing accounts. Producing monthly management reports using company procedures. Making recommendations as and when required for improvements in client service and delivery. Building and maintaining a good rapport with the company's mixed portfolio of clients.
