Quantity Surveyor / Fit out Contractor / City of London Based Madden Hill is currently representing a major fit out contractor who has an exceptional reputation in the Market. Due to company growth, they are looking for an ambitious, driven Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Position: Quantity Surveyor Location: City of London Salary: Competitive up to £55,000 with full package including travel reimbursed Qualifications needed: Degree in Quantity Surveying A Quantity Surveyor is required to join a commercial team to work on a mixture of fit out and refurbishment projects in the city. You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a portfolio of work across both office and retail schemes ranging from £10 Million to £100 Million pounds. With most of their work being in central London, they work on a mixture of Cat A, Cat B and shell and core projects across small schemes to multiple floors on a high-rise project. The contractor looking to hire for this role is a leading fit out contractor who are part of a larger Plc. They have a network of offices around the UK working both regionally and turnover more than £500 Million pounds My client has a wealth of experience delivering a range of project and values. They are known in the market for their long-lasting reputation and are a friendly business to work for. You will be given support and training as a Quantity Surveyor.
