Senior Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer Madden Hill is currently representing a respected developer based in the city who require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: City of London Salary: Competitive with full package The Business: One of the most well-known developers in London are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Being established since the 1970's this developer has a great track record in the market and are one of the leading developers in the UK. their portfolio consists of both high-end luxury and medium spec homes/apartments as well as high rise mixed use schemes and refurbished historical buildings. They are involved in major developments as well as regeneration schemes across London and the South East. As a group they have separate divisions and are financially sound with a multimillion turnover and secured ongoing work. The Role: As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be one of the Commercial Leads for a residential devlopment based in the City. You will report to an onsite Commercial Manager and be responsible for a team of Surveyors.
