Senior Technical Manager / Head of Technical - Residential Main Contractor - London
My client is a reputable Main Contractor specialising in Residential / Mixed-use Construction in London. They operate in 4 Divisions and have a combined Turnover of £600m.
An exciting opportunities has arisen for a Senior Technical Manager to lead their Design & Technical in their New Build Division which turnsover £120m.
Projects range from £20-150m RC Frame and Traditional build, the Senior Technical Manager will oversee every project in this division (from a Design / Technical perspective) which is 10 live on site all in the London areas. You will oversee the whole Technical team also.
Although this is a strategic role, you must be very hands on as a Senior Technical Manager and get very much involved in the 'nuts & bolts' of the projects - so visiting site on a regular basis is very important. Clients this residential Main Contractor supply build works for consist of Developers and Local Authorities. You will report into the Operations Director.
The Successful Senior Technical Manager will have the following:
* A high volume of Residential project experience
* Good management skills
* Experience with managing more than one project at a time
* Confident with being in a leadership role
* RC Frame & traditional Build experience
* A good understanding of the London Construction market
* Able to commute in various areas within London during working hours

* A basic Salary of £90-100k (depending on experience)
