Commercial Manager

My client is one of the largest trendsetting developers in Europe and act as a fully integrated investment company in addition to the design, build and management of the units in their portfolio. They have a turnover of $3.4bn and have recently made moves into the London market with three landmark projects. They plan to become one of the main players in the UK markets in the next 5-10 years. They are currently searching for a Commercial Manager (QS) with CAT A fit out experience/Shell & Core or MEP experience to join their London commercial team. The role of Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing all Shell & Core/fit out contracts across the current developments for all of their landmark projects. They currently have 3 major development projects ongoing, with other sites currently being acquired. The role will be reporting into the Head of Procurement. The role will pay up to £60,000 - £90,000 plus excellent benefits that have just been released as part of the package.
