Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Our client is an effective environmental consultancy, currently recruiting a Senior Geotechnical Engineer. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to join an existing team, working principally on geotechnical investigations and geo-environmental assessments (i.e. contaminated land assessments). Preferred Experience - • Ideally you will have come from a Consultancy background and have experience in designing and supervising geotechnical investigation, interpretation of geotechnical data, shallow and possibly piled foundation design and reporting. • Experience working on contaminated land assessments would also be of interest, but not essential. Special Working Conditions – • Working on operational industrial sites, construction sites, derelict Brownfield sites, remote environments and sites where other potential hazards may be present. • Working with third party site personnel, including drilling crews and excavator drivers.
