Job Description
My client, a large national housing contractor, are currently looking for a Site Manager to come and assist them in the management and delivery of their decent homes framework.
The project is an internal decent homes programme. Works you will be managing include kitchen and bathroom replacements,electrical re-wires, replacement of central heating systems and internal decorations. All of these works will be carried out to local authority properties.
Your main duties will include management of sub-contractors, health and safety talks, inspecting properties pre and post works, holding progress meetings and managing the overall delivery of the programme.
All candidates applying for the role MUST have;
A minimum of five years management experience on decent home schemes
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Asbestos Awareness
A full clean driving licence and vehicle
All candidates must be available to start immediately, this role is a temporary to permanent role
