Assistant Site Manager - Housing

My client are a national house builder that specialise in the development of volume new build housing across the country. They currently have a development in Derby and are looking for an Assistant Site Manager. Candidates must have experience in both volume build housing and experience with timber frame. Responsibilities Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all Customer care issues also. You will preferably come from a trade background with experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
