Curtain Walling Supervisor

Workstream's client is a leading building envelope contractor specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of aluminium windows, doors, curtain wall, rainscreen and facades. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Curtain Walling Supervisor to work on a refurbishment and extension to Commonwealth House, Central London (WC1A). The role is for a highly skilled and knowledgeable curtain walling specialist who has previously helped oversee and run curtain walling packages up to £1m in value and who can lead/coordinate up to 20+ operatives. The ideal candidate will have previously worked for large curtain walling contractors in a supervisory capacity and have come from a curtain wall fixer background, so be able to identify any faults in work and be familiar with most installation systems. Daily duties will include; producing site reports and general curtain walling and cladding work being carried out. Interested candidates should hold CSCS, SSSTS and First Aid accreditations, which we will need copies of in advance. The role is a contract position for two-three months, to start immediately and rates will be competitive dependent on applicant’s suitability.
