Project Manager

Growing and progressive privately owned construction main contractor are recruiting for a Project Manager to be site based on a Wolverhampton based project. The regional contractor has secured a new framework of projects, and requires an experienced Project manager to oversee a directly employed site team to deliver a £2.5 million extension to a large education facility. The successful applicant will oversee the project from start to completion and work closely with the Client to look to build a strong relationship and develop further business. Reporting to the Construction Director, the Project Manager will have the potential to oversee further sites in the Staffordshire & Cheshire area, projects will mainly be Steel Frame extensions build up to a maximum value of £5million Key Attributes: - Support site and project managers - Maintain strong client relationships - Have experience of managing Projects up to £10 million in value - Must have strong commercial and contractual awareness (NEC form of contract) Starting salary would be £55-60k, with Fuel Card, Car Allowance, Bonus, Laptop and phone as added benefits Please contact Mark Warrington on (Apply online only) for more infomation
