Profile for job 00024065, Senior Project Managers. I am currently recruiting for a Main Contractor who is looking for a Senior Project Manager, the company are based in North London. This company are currently recruiting for more than one Senior Project Manager to work in various sites in the London area which will be including Hackney, Islington, Barnet, Watford and Deptford. The most suitable individual will have experience of working with a variety of Construction Methods which will include Piled Foundations with Concrete Frame Superstructure, Concrete Raft Foundations with steel frame superstructure, traditional frame superstructure clad in brickwork and extensive soft and hard landscaping. This opportunity would suit a Senior Project Manager with experience within the industry and ideally a background in main contracting, the previous successful candidates have all come from a Main contractor background therefore it would be advantageous. These developments that the Senior Project Managers will be working on will be Mixed Tenure D&B residential developments some with commercial shell and core, these projects will be ranging from £9M-£30M in value. Senior Project Manager Position Overview * Delivering projects within a set timescale * Working alongside the rest of the Construction team * Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are implemented at all times * Attending site meetings as and when required * Managing the Construction process of the delivery of these projects. Senior Project Manager Position Requirements * Living in the London area ideally * Strong background in man management and Project Management * Degree qualified or similar within a Construction related degree * Previous experience of working with Main Contractors * It would be highly advantageous for a PM to have knowledge on Mixed Tenure Design and Build Residential developments.
