Job Title: Commercial Manager Role: On site Commercial lead on a £270M Mixed Use Development in Central London Office: Essex Site: Central London Package: Up to £95K + Car Allowance / Company Car and Package (Negotiable per experience) An exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor. The Commercial Manager position is to work on the companies flagship project in Central London. The company boasts a great reputation and a very strong order book for 2017 so far. The successful Commercial Manager will run the £270M Mixed Use scheme in Central London which is actually the largest project to come out of the Essex based office. The project will consist of the design and construction of over 1000 high-rise apartments in addition to Commercial, Retail and Leisure Spaces. The Commercial Manager position will be based in the Essex Office until the project commences later in 2017 when they will be based on site. Commercial Manager Requirements: • Successful Commercial Manager will ideally be Degree qualified (HNC/HND essential) • Professional membership of MCIOB or RICS preferable. • Proven experience working as a Commercial Manager or managing commercial staff (5 years) • Will come from a Main Contracting or Developer background • Extensive experience in Residential Construction; Mixed use development experience will be looked on favourably (10 years) • Experience running jobs £50M+ as a Commercial Manager • RC Frame and High-rise experience is essential Commercial Manager Duties: The successful Commercial Manager will undertake all Commercial Manager Duties on site and report to the Commercial Director.
