Senior Quantity Surveyor

Unique opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an independent Consultancy, based in London. Salary completely dependent on what you are looking for, and experience. My client is a fantastic consultancy that is heavily Residential biased, however they are interested in speaking with QS`s with a broad range of experience. Bank monitoring experience would be good as well as QS/EA/CA/PM experience. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be proficient in estimating, producing budgets and cost plans. - Managing the tender document taking off process including being part of, and sometimes leading, the measurement team. - Running projects post contract including carrying out interim valuations and certification, cost reporting and agreeing final accounts. - Ability to chair site progress meetings and taking minutes and issue instructions. - Assisting Project Managers in preparing Early Warnings, Instructions and Compensation Events Site visits, assessments and projections for future work. A wide breadth of experience is necessary as the workload covers the full spectrum of industry sectors most notably speculative residential development / mixed 2 use projects, retail, hotels, education, healthcare, student accommodation and infrastructure projects.
