Design Manager

This award winning residential developer is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join their established team. A top five UK housebuilder, renowned in the London for their distinctive architectural styles. A Design Manager is now required to join the team in North West London. As the Design Manager, the successful individual will be responsible for overseeing the pre-development of sites from Land Acquisition through to site start. Responsible to the Technical Director, the key responsibilities will include: * Pre-start site inspections * Prepare and monitor Health & Safety pre-construction information * Liaise with all departments to support the Site Manager * Provide support and assistance to senior management Ideal individuals will be existing Design Managers who are string team players with the drive and tenacity to achieve.
