Job Title: Site Manager Your salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + benefits Where: Warwickshire Job type: Permanent How you apply: Online or telephone (Jon Marsden) Who you'll be working for: The business has been established since the 1980's and is an award winning developer with an impressive portfolio of completed developments across the UK & Ireland. If you're looking to work for a well-respected, 250 unit per annum house builder, then I would be very interested in speaking with you regarding this Site Manager role I'm currently recruiting for. Some of your responsibilities: * Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project * Running a 20-unit site as a standalone site manager * Liaising with the client and other construction professionals * Directing and supervising workers onsite * There is also potentially a 2nd phase being built, giving 2 years' worth of work in the same location You: * Must have steady and stable work experience (educated or trade background) * 3 Years' experience in the role as a minimum * Must have a driving license * Must have experience with housing associations (preferred) Do you want to discuss this exciting opportunity in more detail?
