Site Manager - West Sussex

A real career opportunity currently exists for a Site Manager to step into a full leadership role to oversee and deliver a £12m project in (Selsey) Chichester, West Sussex. Based from their regional office in Basingstoke, the business is has a current turnover of £280m and traditional focus on large regeneration schemes throughout London, the new office is focusing on work throughout Sussex, Hampshire and the Thames Valley. This a great opportunity to be part of a new growing region and having an input into the future plans of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing all the groundworks, setting out and the project delivery whilst reporting to a Senior Site Manager and taking complete ownership of sections of this £12m new build academy the project will consist on a large steel frame structure to make way for teaching areas, sports hall, dance halls and studios. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record working for a main contractor with a stable working background you must possess valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum. On offer for this Site Manager position is a basic salary of up to £55,000 per annum plus car / allowance, pension, health care and holiday.
