Technical Manager

Technical Manager required for award winning developer for North London divisional office. Known for their superior build quality and their diverse product range. Their aim is to lead the future of house building through their variety of developments including private and affordable housing and through their commitment to design and quality. The purpose of the role is to manage the Technical function and report on all technical, engineering and architectural aspects of the business from land acquisition through to site completions and final adoptions. Reporting to the Technical Director, typical responsibilities will include: * Providing a practical and cost effective technical service * Management of the department * Managing the fees and budget for each development * Liaise with Land, Development, Construction and Sales departments * Provide support to the Technical Director Ideal applicants will be existing Technical Managers working for a developer. Experienced coordinators with significant scheme experience will also be considered. Ideal candidates will be excellent communicators and possess the ability to prioritise tasks. A qualification in Engineering or a similar field such as a degree or HNC is highly desirable. A highly competitive salary
