They are currently in the market for a number of Site managers to work on a large high end residential project in Central Manchester. The Site Managers will be managing the Fit Out stages of the schemes. The fit out site manager they are looking for ideally have a stable work history and have a main building background with proven experience of fit out of internal buildings. Experience working for a main building contractor on student accommodation or apartment’s projects ideally. Their project’s range from £15 million-£25million which. The site manager they are looking for have experience in delivery internal interiors to high quality standards. Experience managing joinery, flooring, mechanical and electrical to a high finishing standard. As a Site Manager you will be responsible to coordinate trades and labour on site ensuring all are adhering to the tightest health and safety procedures. These are fast moving projects with times scales and budgets to be met.
