Senior Quantity Surveyor

Social Housing Contractor recruiting for a highly competent Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Luton. Our client is a Construction company based in Luton. On their behalf we are recruiting for a highly competent Senior Quantity Surveyor. This job is based on a temporary contract working for Building Careers UK. You will be expected to carry out the following duties:- * Take responsibility, ownership and accountability of the successful management and control of all aspects of the commercial / financial and contractual elements of the designated project in order to maximise the company's profitability * Protect the company's legal and contractual obligations under the contract and to manage proactively the control of all commercial issues * Ensuring cost reports and the like are managed, completed on time and monitored * Comply with Health & Safety Regulations * And other duties when required Candidates applying for the role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor must have a previous experience and the relevant qualifications. CPCS card is essential. Candidates must be able to provide two verbal references to be considered for this job in Luton This job is on a PAYE basis. Rates are negotiable depending on experience.
