Experienced Site Manager required for an established residential developer for sites in North Devon. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a developer enjoying strong growth in the area and become part of their growing team. To be considered for this role you will have a demonstrable ability to deliver excellent results in the residential sector. You will have a thorough knowledge of NHBC standards along with a strong customer service and quality focus. The ideal candidate will hold a professional construction related qualification at HNC level and above. It is essential that you hold valid SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid qualifications.
